Rental Terms
Important information about renting from Luther.
Rental Period
Rentals are priced by the day, with weekly and longer rates available on select items. The minimum rental is one day. Delivery and collection times are coordinated with you around your event schedule.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due before delivery or pickup. Prices are in GYD. We accept MMG, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days before your event for a full deposit refund. Between 1 and 3 days before: 75% refund. Within 24 hours of the event: no refund. Rescheduling is free with 48 hours notice.
Damage Policy
Damaged, stained, or missing items will be charged at the listed replacement cost. A damage deposit may be required for premium items and refunded within 3 business days after return inspection.
Delivery or Pickup
We deliver across Georgetown and surrounding areas, or you are welcome to collect from us. Setup and teardown can be arranged for an additional fee on larger pieces and full lounge arrangements.
Availability
All availability shown is live. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead for peak season (November to January, and Easter). Popular items go fast during wedding season.

G$550 per road mile from our Herstelling warehouse, with a G$2,000 minimum. One fee covers both delivery and collection. Enter your address at checkout for your exact fee.
